I have not used them in ages and doing some-keeping. I cannot seem to find any option to create a support ticket. Where have they hidden it?

Here's how

after clicking the support link from 123-reg, you have to click "log in" on the support page, and the by magic the "Ask a Question" button appears

remember no reply after a day they you question been forgotten, it's best to update the question again, or they will never answer you

For some reason I never expected it to be that easy and never realised the customer support number right in front of me.
