These guys are cowboys....their staff are retards and their customer service is the worst I have seen.

I have forgotten my password and they just wont get me a new one. Its been over a week now...the retards cannot even do a look up on my email to determine my user name.....

Funny enough I need access to reassign my TAG! I'm removing all xxxx domains to Heart Internet. I cannnot stand 123-reg.co.uk they dont deserve my business.

I urge you to vote with your feet and leave them!!

I think that they have decided to neglect the domain business because they dont make that much from it...I think most people use 123-reg for .co.uk and customers go elsewhere for .coms and .eu. Us domainers I guess never use hosting. Correct me if you think I am wrong here!

All I did the other week was enter username and email and it was sent to me, far too easy but there you go.

Heart - look good, but isn't their home page a little deceptive? I mean, where they say 9p for a .co.uk and then only below do they clarify that with mention of the GBP 2.50 additional charge + VAT. Isn't it a touch 'creative', in a sly sort of a way? Why can't businesses just publish the actual price a customer will have to pay?

I've found 123-reg a good registrar, I had trouble with ukreg ( they ignore your emails ) so I basically transferred all my domains from ukreg to 123-reg and till today no problem at all

They are like most companies in this country. Ok when everything is working ok. Totally F****** useless when you need some customer services.

Re hearts regging. Is it 1year regging for .co.uk or do you have to do the 2 year like others?
