Hi all,

I'm building niche affiliate sites with a view of selling them once they're done.

It's a simple way for me to generate a small amount of disposable cash and an easy way for you to get your hands on a quality built site.

Assume no revenue unless otherwise stated, these websites are for users wanting a new project.

Each site is built on WordPress and has the following credentials;

1. Unique content throughout
2. Important pages; about, privacy, terms and conditions, contact us
3. Go Codes installed; edit your affiliate id from one location easily. All affiliate links masked by url.co.uk/go/link-name
4. All In One SEO installed; easy to edit title, description, meta tags etc
5. All indexed with rankings

The first two for sale are;

1. NoveltyApron.co.uk

Currently linking to Aprons-Online.co.uk through Paid on Results with a 6% commission rate. I can see it in position 5 when logged out of Google.

- "novelty apron" has 3,600 local searches (exact)
- "novelty aprons" has 3,600 local searches (exact)

2. NursesCostumes.co.uk

Currently linking to LoveHoney.co.uk through Paid on Results with a 9% commission rate. I can see it in position 15 when logged out of Google.

- "nurse costume" has 14,800 local searches (exact)
- "nurses costumes" has 8,100 local searches (exact)

Terms of Sale

1. Payment in advance via BACS.

2. Buyer pays Nominet fee.

3. Buyer has 7 days to move site (own responsibility)

4. Seller reserves right to remove item for sale as it is being sold elsewhere

I can't see the apron site in 1st few pages...

They are new sites so perhaps the serps position hasn't propigated throughout Google's servers yet.

They are little projects :)

Hi,

They seem to be using the "Stored" theme ($55) for Cart66 ($89), if this is correct can you advise how the licensing works?

Thanks.

The theme has been purchased so I am free to use it as I wish.

Cart66 is not required as there is an "affiliate" setting linking the "Buy Now" to a url rather than a cart.

Thanks for the clarification. If the theme has been purchased by you, does that mean the license is transferable to the buyer?

I'd like to think so otherwise there'd be millions of court cases against WordPress webmasters.
